Zack Sabre Jr Pulled From PROGRESS Wembley Main Event, New Plans In Place, World Of Sport Releases Poster

PROGRESS Wrestling has been forced to change more matches for its major Wembley Arena show as Zack Sabre Jr has been pulled from the event.

PROGRESS has already had to cancel the highly anticipated match between Jimmy Havoc and Will Ospreay, but now the planned main event for the Wembley show has been scrapped too.

Just like Ospreay, Zack Sabre Jr is now contractually obligated to compete for New Japan during the PROGRESS show, so the planned main event between the Technical Wizard and the PROGRESS Champion has been changed.

Sabre Jr earned the right to the PROGRESS Championship after winning the Super Strong Style 16 tournament and was scheduled to main event Wembley against the champion, who is currently Travis Banks.

However after this news, PROGRESS has announced a change of plans. Instead, new contenders will be names and to enter the main event wrestlers competing between the next PROGRESS Chapter show and the Chapter 75, as well as the USA tour will have a chance.

If a talent manages to win three consecutive singles matches, they will be placed into main event of the highly anticipated Wembley event.
