WWE SmackDown video highlights: Universal title Hell in a Cell match

Last night’s SmackDown was headlined by the show’s first-ever Hell in a Cell match.
Roman Reigns and Rey Mysterio were originally supposed to face off inside of Hell in a Cell at Sunday’s Hell in a Cell pay-per-view, but the match was moved up to last night’s SmackDown. The storyline explanation was that Mysterio couldn’t wait any longer to face Reigns.
Mysterio was out for revenge after Reigns’ attacks on his son Dominik. But Reigns retained the Universal Championship by submitting Mysterio with a modified guillotine. As Mysterio struggled to get to his feet after the match, a furious Reigns put him in the guillotine again.
With Reigns vs. Mysterio not taking place on Sunday, WWE announced last night that Bianca Belair’s SmackDown Women’s Championship defense against Bayley will now be a Hell in a Cell match. Cesaro vs. Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn were also added to the Hell in a Cell card.
