WWE News: John Cena & Nikki Bella Off Smackdown; AJ Styles to Turn Face?

— Nikki Bella took to Twitter to confirm that she will be taking some time away from WWE to heal. There were rumors last year that WrestleMania could potentially signal the end of her in-ring career, but Nikki made it clear today that it isn’t a goodbye and just an absence to recuperate.

— John Cena is also expected to be off WWE TV for the next little while as he focuses on filming for a movie called “The Pact”, beginning April 19 and until June 9. We have heard some noise backstage that WWE has begun preparing for the inevitable when Cena wraps up his wrestling career or at the least considerably pulls it back.

— With Cena’s appearances being more and more irregular, look for WWE to try and establish a new babyface on the Smackdown brand, possibly AJ Styles and/or Shinsuke Nakamura.
