WWE News: Big Show, Tyson Kidd, Smackdown Brand Main Events

– The advertised main event for Smackdown beginning later this month after Christmas when John Cena returns is Cena vs. Dean Ambrose vs. AJ Styles with Ellsworth as the guest timekeeper.

– The Big Show recently was interviewed and stated that he is down to 396 lbs – the lightest he has been in 21 years. At his heaviest for WWE, he claimed he weighed 537 lbs. Show is expected to return to house show duty in the near future, though he is technically already back as he competed on the European tour, working bodyslam matches and putting over Braun Strowman.

– Tyson Kidd was recently in the news on Twitter indicating that he won’t be appearing on this season’s “Total Divas” even though his girlfriend Natalya is one of the featured stars. The reason for this is apparently Kidd’s injuries from working with Samoa Joe as he was thrown into the match by WWE without much warning. While he is truly lucky that he is not in a wheelchair, nobody is saying anything because how it may impact Natalya’s career with the company.
