WWE Cruiserweight Title #1 Contender's Tournament Finals Set For 205 Live
The finals for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship #1 Contender’s Tournament on 205 Live were set on Tuesday night.
This week’s edition of 205 Live on the WWE Network saw Tony Nese and Cedric Alexander emerge as the last two men standing in what began as an eight-man tournament.
Nese defeated Drew Gulak and Alexander beat Oney Lorcan in the two semifinal tournament matches on last night’s show, and will now move on to compete against each other on next week’s show.
The winner of the #1 Contender’s Tournament Final between Tony Nese and Cedric Alexander on next week’s 205 Live episode will go on to challenge Buddy Murphy for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship at next month’s WrestleMania 35 show.
