Tuchel to become ‘hot’ topic at Man Utd amid Solskjaer pressure
The topic of Thomas Tuchel to Man Utd “could quickly become hot” amid recent pressure on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, according to a German journalist.
The Red Devils came from two goals down to beat Southampton 3-2 last weekend to lift them up to ninth in the Premier League table – but they couldn’t back that win up against Paris Saint-Germain in midweek as they lost 3-1 at Old Trafford.
That frustrating inconsistency has become a theme of Solskjaer’s tenure at Man Utd and there have been some calls on social media for him to be replaced.

And Sport Bild journalist Christian Falk thinks PSG boss Tuchel – who has been under pressure himself in recent months – would be on United’s shortlist if they were to look to replace Solskjaer.
Falk told Sport Bild (via Sport Witness): “According to our information he can really imagine taking the step to the Premier League.
“It is no secret that his chapter at Paris Saint Germain will probably be finished at the end of the season.
“There are no talks, and we know that already in the past there was contact with Tuchel and Manchester United.
“It is a club that would fit to him and surely when the time comes for managers to be shortlisted he should be there.
“Ole Gunnar Solskjaer only has a contract until 2022 and United are far away from the Champions League places in the Premier League.
“There is the threat from Leipzig in the Champions League group stages, so the topic of Tuchel at United could quickly become hot.”
