This Week’s WWE Raw Viewership Continues to Drop With Greatest Royal Rumble Fallout & Final Backlash Hype

This week’s WWE Raw was the final episode of the show heading into the third big PPV event for WWE less than a month, with WWE Backlash taking place this Sunday night.

WWE Raw also featured fallout from the WWE Greatest Royal Rumble event last week, with Rumble match winner Braun Strowman, and was headlined by an Intercontinental Title match featuring Seth Rollins defending against Finn Balor.

Despite the show featuring PPV fallout and final PPV hype in the same broadcast, WWE Raw viewership dropped yet again this week, averaging 3.066 million viewers according to ShowBuzz Daily. This week’s number is down from last week’s 3.104 viewership average for the Greatest Royal Rumble go-home show.

-The first hour averaged 3.316 million viewers
-The second hour averaged 3.184 million viewers
-The third hour averaged 2.878 million viewers

This week’s WWE Raw ranked #3 overall in cable TV viewership for the night.
