This Week’s IMPACT Wrestling “Feast or Fired” Draws Second Highest Number of the Year

September 9, 2021 0 By HearthstoneYarns

This past week’s episode of IMPACT Wrestling drew an estimated 350,000 viewers, up 7.7% from last week’s IMPACT Crossroads special.

The show featured the return of “Feast or Fired”, Chris Adonis being written off, Sami Callihan in action for the first time since the controversy with Eddie Edwards began and the match between Rosemary and Taya Valkyrie more than four months in the making. It will be interesting to see if the numbers can stay consistent next week as the briefcases still haven’t been open, and they can promote a top star being fired all week leading up to the show.

350,000 has to be considered a good number for the promotion, especially up against March Madness and Grey’s Anatomy still pulling over 7 million viewers a week after 14 seasons. It’s the second highest number since July 13th of last year, and the third highest since November 2016. Year-over-year IMPACT has gone up 1.7% compared to the March 16, 2017.
