The Pink Hope Suite is the best excuse for a Sydney night in

Here at Vogue Living, there’s not much we won’t do in the name of a good cause. And when it comes to spoiling ourselves in the name of charity, we need even less of a reason to splurge. That’s why this new initiative between Pink Hope and The Langham hotel in Sydney is such a winner. The two have partnered to create Australia’s first ever charity room, which they’ve called The Pink Hope Suite.

Transforming one of The Langham’s premium guest rooms into a dreamy, pink-themed suite, the space has been carefully decorated with Kerrie Hess artwork, plush pink pillows and throw rugs, delicate Wedgwood china and a selection of blush homewares. The suite even boasts an outdoor terrace, where you can take in the views of Kent Street and Sydney’s historic The Rocks precinct.

Upon entering the suite, guests are greeted with a bottle of Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Champagne (Rosé, of course) and an array of pink-coloured macarons to nibble on. As part of the Pink Hope Suite package, guests are also given the full VIP treatment, which means valet parking, a $100 voucher to The Langham’s Observatory Bar, unlimited in-room movies and all-you-can eat servings of ice-cream from room service.

Staying in never sounded so good.

The next day, enjoy a lie in as you’re served a full Continental breakfast out on the beautiful sun-lit terrace and revel in the fact you’ve got a late check out until 12pm.

And if that’s not enough, there’s also a take-home bag of goodies filled with products from brands like Olay, Neon Poodle, Little Label Co, Short Story, The Daily Edited, Slip Scrunchies, Joico and Lumira.

The Pink Hope Suite is available to book for $900 per couple a night, with all proceeds going directly to the Pink Hope charity, which works within the preventative health arena to support women and families who are at risk of developing breast and ovarian cancer.

Preventing cancer in women is a subject that is close to the heart of The Langham’s general manager Gaylord Lamy, and director of sales and marketing, Lachlan Harris, who both have young daughters. “Joining hands with Pink Hope has allowed us to assist in building a strong community for the charity, one which we love to support,” explains Harris. “We are thrilled to launch this offering to the market, not only because it is an exciting Australian first, but because it will help to raise much needed funds within the preventative health space.”

The Pink Hope Suite at The Langham is available to book until the 30th September, 2019. Visit: The Pink Hope Suite
