Superleague: Yuri Cherednik criticizes his players

June 22, 2020 0 By HearthstoneYarns

Dinamo Moscow was overwhelmed by Gubernia Nizhny Novgorod in the 18th round of Russian Superleague. The failure frightfully annoyed the head-coach of Dinamo, Yuri Cherednik, who firmly and expressly criticized some of his subordinates. In another game, Lokomotiv Novosibirsk wasted a chance not to lose points distance to Zenit Kazan in the blue group giving Ural Ufa in. Lokomotiv needs to be afraid because they failed three games in four last rounds and the team is a mile behind with its shape and the Champions League’s Final Four is coming.

Dinamo Moscow does not play well in the current season. The team of the capital of Russia interlaces a series of defeats only by single victories in the Russian Superlague. In the Champions League, they qualify to the top 7, however, the advance to Final Four remains a dream. All the circumstances caused that Yuri Charednik could not stand the pressure and sharply criticized his players:

”We had terrible problems in reception today and the troubles can be involved as the most basic. Some players show a lack men’s features of character symptoms and then, the whole team suffers through these 2-3 people. I do not want to name, cause they exactly know who I mean. I just say that it was on their part despicable. Enough.” – Yuri Cherednik said on the press conference.

The above statement can suggest that there is not any positive chemistry between the head coach and Dinamo’s players so the question seems to be one of the major reason for defeats of Dinamo Moscow. ‘The team spirit’ is believed to be vital in many organizational cultures and it is rather necessary in order to succeed in team sport. If there is a lack , somebody is obligated to change it or leave ‘the stage’ beaten. Now, there is a question who will do it at first whether Yuri Cherednik or a player.
