SpiceJet Crew Complains Of A Strip-Search, Company Says It Applies For Flyers Too

A lot of India-based privateairlines have been making headlines for various reasons – some due to debt, or technical failures or sometimes, sexual offence.

Recently, an Air hostesses working with no-frills carrier SpiceJet protested at Chennai airport early morning today after they were allegedly strip-searched by the airline’s own security personnel, reported NDTV. The air hostesses have alleged that they were strip-searched in the last few days. This was done after they deboarded from their flights and the security asked them to also remove their sanitary pads from their bags.
