Shayna Baszler Reflects On An Important Weekend For Women’s Wrestling

WWE uploaded a brand new video to its YouTube channel from WWE Survivor Series weekend as Shayna Baszler discussed the important weekend.

Firstly, Shayna Baszler spoke confidently about the NXT women’s roster and her role as the champion and face of that roster:

“Yes, I’m the champion. I’m the champion of the best women’s division in professional wrestling, I would say one of the best in history.”

As well as that, Baszler spoke about how big of a weekend it was, and the pressure involved.

“It’s a good time to be in where women can be showcased for the skillset that they have. Showing real wrestling as a woman, as NXT and NXT putting a highlight on that and carrying that over, there is a constant pressure. Every time there is a first-ever that I am part of I think what can be next, and this happens to be that next. It’s a massive weekend.”
