Scout: Why Liverpool signing Koulibaly ‘would be a disaster’
Everton scout Carlo Jacomuzzi believes “it would be a disaster” for other Premier League sides if Liverpool signed Kalidou Koulibaly.
There have been numerous reports about sides in the Premier League’s top six buying Koulibaly, including Liverpool.
Jacomuzzi is known to occasionally appear back in Italy on radio stations to talk about football.
Appearing on Radio Marte, relayed by AreaNapoli (via Sport Witness) wanted to know about the potential of the Senegal international moving to the Premier League.
On which club he could see Koulibaly playing for next season, Jacomuzzi said: “Manchester United is a pitfall these days. City? If Guardiola makes a decision, they buy. Napoli want €130m? In England, there are four team who can pay that amount.

“Liverpool? They’ve won so much from the Champions League, from the money from the federation and their sponsors that they can buy two Koulibalys. It would be a disaster for the others, having to find a way to go through that defence.”
