The Smackdown brand star crashed the WWE Evolution kickoff show panel to make a “breaking news announcement” that he would be competing in the upcoming all-women’s Battle Royale, where the winner gets a shot at the women’s championship of their choice.

Truth claimed that when he wins the match, he will be going on to challenge his Mixed Match Challenge partner Carmella for the Smackdown Women’s Championship… This truly is the best rivalry of 2018.

Eve Torres Returns to WWE!

Another name that made a surprise appearance on tonight’s WWE Evolution Kickoff is none other than former WWE Divas Champion Eve Torres! It was previously reported that Torres was backstage for the event, and given her fancy outfit on the pre-show, that may be an indication that she will not be competing in the women’s battle royale.
