When Sushma, a resident, tweeted a picture of the area below Dairy Circle flyover in south-east Bengaluru seeking action, little did she know that she would get an instant response, both online and offline.

Bengaluru development minister G Parameshwara on Wednesday sprang a surprise by getting the area cleaned and tweeting the latest photo of the area to Sushma.
