Man Utd ‘very, very likely’ to land Milan star on free transfer
Man Utd are poised to land AC Milan midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu on a free transfer in the summer window, according to a German journalist.
The attacking midfielder has been linked with a move to Old Trafford recently, with that report claiming that Man Utd have offered to double his wages if he agrees to join in the summer.
That’s despite the Red Devils having Bruno Fernandes and Donny van de Beek who already play in his position.

The Turkey international is refusing to renew his contract in Milan and can leave on a free transfer this summer, with Sport Bild journalist Christian Falk claiming Man Utd are in advanced talks for the 26-year-old.
“Yes it’s true and I think this will happen because last summer there will already talks with his agent,” Falk told the Stretford Paddock.
“I don’t know if you know that Juventus would have also have liked him last summer but he said, ‘no’. He said no because he already knew what would happen this summer with United.
“Talks are already very, very far at the moment and he’ll be a free agent, so this transfer is very, very likely.”
