Kin Of CRPF Man Killed In Srinagar Reject Compensation, Say He Didn’t Die Drinking Hooch
The family of Mujahid Khan, a CRPF personnel who was killed in the terror attack in Srinagar on Monday has turned down the compensation of Rs 5 lakh by the Bihar government. Returning the cheque given to the family by acting Bhojpur district magistrate Shashank Shubhankar, they said the compensation given was not adequate.

According to the Bihar government’s policy, the kin of army soldiers killed in operation will get a compensation of Rs 11 lakhs, while in the case of paramilitary like CRPF it is just Rs 5 lakhs.
