Jim Ross' Involvement with All Elite Wrestling & Discussions with WWE Talent

Even though Jim Ross has gone on record to state that he is not involved with any new wrestling promotion or All Elite Wrestling, according to a rajah.com source, he is definitely involved in some capacity. There were also some reports indicating that Ross was going to be working with All Elite Wrestling strictly from a “talent” perspective, but we were told that it is in a higher level position than just an announcer and that he has informally already sent out feelers to talent that are currently signed to WWE. The nature of those conversations is unclear, but Ross has reportedly asked talent if they plan on re-signing with WWE and in the event that they aren’t, to consider joining AEW instead.
