Inside Hailey and Justin Bieber’s luxurious wedding location
After their civil ceremony courthouse wedding last year, Justin and Hailey Bieber tied the knot for a second time in South Carolina. Married again in front of their closest family and friends, the couple have rented out part of a luxurious hotel in Palmetto Bluff, just 40 minutes from Savannah, Georgia.
According to TMZ, the pair have bought exclusive access to certain parts of the hotel, including a pool, the chapel and the high-end restaurant, which are closed for other guests. “Guests are barred from using the spa, a pool and a fancy restaurant for 48 hours while the Biebers enjoy unlimited access during the destination wedding,” the site reports, citing ‘angered’ guests.
The resort, Montage Palmetto Bluff hotel, is complete with two chapels, a golf course, multiple pools and plenty of green spacious lawns. It’s not clear which chapel or event area the pair chose to be married in, but by the look of the resort it was a combination of the chapel and an outdoor reception area.
Located on the shores of the May river, the spot is completely picturesque, with quaint accommodation for the guests, which includes some of Hollywood’s A-list.
Celebrity guests will be able to choose from secluded cottages, comfortable villas and riverside rooms for their wedding digs, with names like Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid and the Baldwin family among those on the guest list.
The couple have been dating on and off since 2016, but have known each other since they were teenagers. Justin, 25 and Hailey, 22, have been officially married for a year, however had yet to celebrate with their friends and family until now.
While celebrity weddings in Italy, France and Los Angeles are part of a tried and tested formula, it’s nice to see the Biebers are opting for something a little more low key. In fact, the Montage Palmetto Bluff is available to hire for any wedding — not just the celebrity variety.
