The October 11 edition of Friday Night Smackdown averaged 2.9 million viewers in its second week on FOX, dropping almost a full million eyes from last week’s network premiere.

The first hour of the show was watched by 2.93 million people and dropped to 2.87 million in the second hour. Overall the average dropped a full 25% week-over-week, and that is with the build-up of the WWE Draft and an announced Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins match to open the show, as well as it being the first episode after WWE Hell in a Cell.
The silver lining is that Smackdown still took first place on network television Friday night in the 18-49 demographic, despite the major loss in viewers.
