Frankie Kazarian makes return to Impact Wrestling
Frankie Kazarian made his surprise return to Impact Wrestling Thursday and is still hunting The Elite.
The AEW roster member made the save for Sami Callihan after he was getting beat down by Kenny Omega and the Good Brothers after an in-ring promo. Afterward, Kazarian agreed to team with Callihan and a mystery partner to face the three next week. Tommy Dreamer told Kazarian and Callihan that he had a perfect partner in mind, later announcing Eddie Edwards as that person.

Kazarian’s recent gimmick has been “The Elite Hunter” after the AEW Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks defeated he and tag partner Christopher Daniels in May, ending the tag team run of SCU.
The appearance was Kazarian’s first for Impact/TNA after having been with the company from 2003-2014. He’s a five-time X-Division champion and a three-time TNA Tag Team Champion. Kazarian spent a few years with Ring Of Honor after departing the company before eventually signing with AEW in 2019.
