Charanjeet & Manjit: 3 Couples’ Same Name Leave Property Dispute Stuck In Court For 25 Years

Three couples with identical names — Charanjeet Singh and Manjit Kaur — kept the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court, busy for more than a quarter of a century with a property dispute.

The property in question was CSR Poultry Research and Breeding Farm, belonging to a partnership firm floated by Charanjeet Singh Rekhi and wife Manjit Kaur, which owned agricultural land with a poultry farm in Ghitorni village near Mehrauli in New Delhi and another plot in Narasinghpur village in Gurgaon.

Punjab and Sind Bank had got a decree against the couple for defaulting on a loan and filed a suit in 1985 for sale of these two properties to recover its dues.Click Here: liverpool mens jersey
