The best street style from VAEFNO Sydney 2019

Dressed in their best New York City block party-inspired looks, hundreds of fashion-forward shoppers descended upon Sydney’s CBD on September 5 for the 10th anniversary of Vogue American Express Fashion’s Night Out.

Joining in on the fun-filled day of shopping in the chicest way possible, the event’s attendees made their way from store to store in Pitt Street Mall, making the most of all the exclusive discounts, special gifts, complimentary food and beverages, interactive activations and live performances on offer.   

As the event rung in its 10th birthday, and Vogue Australia kicked off its 60th anniversary celebrations, the extravaganza’s shoppers pulled out all the stops for the one-day-only occasion, with many proudly sporting their exclusive Vogue-branded VAEFNO 2019 T-shirts, courtesy of Bassike and David Jones.

With spring well and truly in full swing, and cool Sydney weather nothing but a distant memory, versatile denim ensembles were championed, bold power suits took centre stage and bright hues were shown off as the fashion set posed for Vogue’s street style photographers located within Pitt Street Mall.

Accessorising with statement pieces, VAEFNO shoppers tucked their Vogue x Bassike T-shirts behind eye-catching belts, wore designer handbags slung over their shoulders and made their way across the CBD with some of the season’s most-loved shoes on their feet – think ankle boots, chic flats and heeled sandals.
