Update: Former WWE Star Likely Not Returning at Money in the Bank (Partial Spoiler)

August 25, 2021 0 By HearthstoneYarns

As we noted earlier today, via PWInsider.com, there have been several pitches in WWE to bring James Ellsworth back into the company, and the report added Ellsworth is scheduled to be at Money in the Bank this Sunday night.

Following the report, Ellsworth took to Twitter and noted he will be competing for Middle Kingdom Wrestling in China on June 17th, making it virtually impossible for him to be at Money in the Bank.

As seen below, Ellsworth will also be appearing at an autograph signing for the promotion the day before he defends his Intergender Title in a Fatal Four Way match.

It’s worth noting that the PWInsider report noted Ellsworth is likely returning to WWE at some point in the near future, so even if the return does not take place at Money in the Bank, Ellsworth could return at some point following the PPV:
