Paris Fashion Week Men's: Vogue’s edit of the best street style

June 21, 2019 0 By HearthstoneYarns

Rounding off the season’s menswear schedule, Paris remains its pinnacle – and has a formidable line-up to prove it. Between 18 to 23 June, the industry’s biggest names will gather in the City of Light to present their spring/summer 2020 collections. Among them is Virgil Abloh with his third Louis Vuitton menswear show, Kim Jones’s follow-up for Dior Men and Hedi Slimane’s second standalone menswear offering for Celine.

New talents are being nurtured, too. Of the labels that showed at New York Fashion Week last season, Palomo Spain, Bode and Sies Marjan (with its first-ever dedicated menswear show) have all relocated to the French capital this time around. Also on the roster are two of Bode’s fellow 2019 LVMH Prize nominees: Israeli brand Hed Mayner and Paris-based Phipps. With the award ceremony now postponed until September, the competition is certainly heating up.

Meanwhile, the mood on the streets of Paris is decidedly summery, with an abundance of colour, print and eye-catching silhouettes. ’s resident street-style photographer Jonathan Daniel Pryce tracks down the best-dressed guests.
