WWNLive announced Tuesday big changes to their Summerslam Weekend line-up centered on Cody Rhodes’s first post-WWE match.
Johnny Gargano will no longer be Rhodes’s first opponent on August 19 in Joppa, Md., as Gargano is “now unable to attend due to another commitment.”
Instead, Rhodes will face international superstar Zack Sabre, Jr. in a mega-singles match.
WWNLive also checked off the “Hero” box from Rhodes’s post-WWE List by announcing Rhodes vs. Chris Hero for August 20 in Brooklyn, N.Y.
– Also announced on Tuesday is a new stipulation for Johnny Gargano vs. Drew Galloway on July 17 in Melrose, Mass. It will be the last-ever singles match in EVOLVE, making it the Final Showdown.
