College Recruiting: Luthens to Minnesota State University Mankato

North Iowa Area Community College sophomore Brock Luthens has committed to wrestle at Minnesota State University Mankato in 2020-2021.

Luthens was an NJCAA All-American in 2019 and is currently ranked #2 at 133 pounds in the latest NJCAA Wrestling Coaches Association Rankings. He has a college career record of 22-8.

Luthens hails from Hector, Minn., where he was a three-time Minnesota state placewinner wrestling for Hutchinson/BLHS. He placed third twice and fifth once. He had a high school career record of 196-26.

Luthens is projected to wrestle at 133 or 141 pounds for the Mavericks.
