20 of Bella Hadid’s best spring/summer 2020 runway moments

It’s likely that Bella Hadid is today enjoying a well-deserved day off (or at least, we hope, a lie-in). The 22-year-old model, who will celebrate her 23rd birthday on 9 October, has had a blockbuster fashion month, walking in over 20 shows. 

Aside from standout appearances at Balenciaga, Versace, Marc Jacobs and Miu Miu, Hadid also clocked-up three of this season’s most talked-about runway moments. The first: when she took to Mugler’s spring/summer 2020 catwalk in buttock-revealing body-con – the brainchild of the house’s new creative director, American designer Casey Cadwallader. The second: as Vivienne Westwood’s avant-garde bride, swathed in organza and holding a matching parasol. The third: bathed in golden light and clad in canary-yellow lingerie for Rihanna’s Savage x Fenty NYFW show.

As well as serving some of the season’s most iconic runway looks, the youngest Hadid sister has also delivered inspiration the catwalk, while dashing between shows. All eyes have been on the model’s ever-present heavyweight Prada bovver boots, which she pairs with everything from candyfloss-pink tailoring and indigo denim, to an oversized leather jacket and upscale beige knit tracksuit (plus freshly dyed black hair).
